At Blum & Co., your privacy is treated with the same discretion we expect from our members. This Privacy

Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using the App, you

agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Blum & Co., LLC reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the App

following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Name, email address, and account credentials provided during registration

• Profile information including photo, location, and any details you choose to add

• Social media handle or profile provided for identity verification purposes

• Content you post, share, or send within the App including messages and comments

• Communications with Blum & Co. including support requests or feedback

Information Collected Automatically

• Device information including device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers

• Usage data including features accessed, time spent, and interactions within the App

• IP address and general location data used for security monitoring

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to operate and improve the Blum & Co. platform and to serve our

members. Specifically we use your information to:

• Create and manage your account and membership

• Verify your identity during the onboarding process

• Facilitate connections and communication between members within the App

• Send you notifications, updates, and Community announcements

• Enforce our Terms of Service and Code of Conduct

• Monitor and improve the security and performance of the App

• Communicate with you about your membership, billing, and Events


We take reasonable and industry-standard measures to protect your personal information from

unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data is stored on secure servers with access

controls in place.

While we implement strong security practices, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is

completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data and encourage you to use a strong,

unique password for your account.

Direct messages between members are intended to be private. Blum & Co. staff do not routinely access

private message content except where required to investigate a reported violation of our Terms of Service

or where required by law.

4. Third-Party Services

Blum & Co. uses the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each of these partners handles

data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• Apple App Store for subscription billing and payment processing

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers for secure data storage

• Analytics tools to monitor app performance and usage patterns

We do not use third-party advertising networks or social media tracking pixels within the App. We do not

share your personal information with third parties except as described in this policy or as required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your membership remains active. If you cancel your

membership or your account is terminated, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days,

except where retention is required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving

disputes or preventing fraud.

Content you have posted within the App may remain visible to other members after your account is closed

unless you delete it prior to closing your account.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have certain rights regarding your personal information including:

• The right to access the personal information we hold about you

• The right to request correction of inaccurate information

• The right to request deletion of your personal data

• The right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

your request within a reasonable timeframe.

The Blum & Co. App is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal

information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has created an account, we

will terminate that account and delete all associated data immediately.

8. Confidentiality of Community Content

The Blum & Co. App is a private Community. All posts, conversations, and content shared within the App

are intended exclusively for members of the platform. Members agree not to share, reproduce, screenshot,

or distribute any content from within the App to outside parties. This obligation applies both during and after

membership.

Violations of member confidentiality are treated as a serious breach of our Terms of Service and may result

in permanent termination of membership.

9. Disclosure Required by Law

We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid subpoena,

court order, or government request. We may also disclose information where we believe in good faith that

disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Blum & Co., our members, or the public.
